循环水清洗铅酸蓄电池正极板的工艺与性能

【摘要】 对自动循环水洗铅酸蓄电池正极板的工艺进行了探讨和确定,由此得到正极板的首次放电性能与质量有所提高,特别是干荷电性能经过不同的贮存时间(1!45d)没有出现下降现象,8倍率放电性能良好。弱碱性水清洗正极板,不影响电池的首次放电性能。线性电位扫描和X射线衍射分析(XRD)的结果解释了自动循环水洗的正极板在贮存期间干荷电性能不下降的原因。正负极板可同时实现自动循环水洗,从而实现清洁生产。

【Abstract】 The process and technology for washing positive plates with cycle water were determined. The starting performance and quality of lead-acid batteries with positive plates washed by cycle water were improved. During positive plates being stored in room from 1—45 d, dry-charged capability did not descend, and the high rate discharge capability was stable. The discharge performance was not affected by washing positive plates with alkaline water. The linear potential scan (LSV) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods were used to test the compositions and their amount of oxide film on positive grid alloys. The clearly manufacturing process was realized by using this automatic cycle washing system.
