锂离子蓄电池电镀锡阳极材料的研究

【摘要】 采用电镀法在铜箔上制得了金属锡电极,用作锂离子蓄电池阳极材料进行了电化学测试。首次充电(合金化)容量达到715mAh·g!1,首次放电(去合金化)容量达到632mAh·g!1,初次充放电效率为88.4",10次循环后可逆容量仍保持在487mAh·g!1。实验发现,当电流密度大于160mA·g!1,电位范围为0.01#1.50V时,电解液在活性锡表面不发生还原反应,循环性能得到很大提高。

【Abstract】 The metal tin electrodeposited on cupper foil was used as anode material of lithium-ion batteries.The first charge(alloying)capacity was 715 mAh·g-1.The first discharge(de-alloying)capacity was 632 mAh·g-1,the coulombic efficiency in the first cycle was 88.4%.The reversible capacity maintained 487 mAh·g-1 after 10 cycles.When the current density was above 160 mA·g-1and the potential range was 0.01—1.50 V,the reduction of electrolytes on the active tin surface did not happen and the cycle performance of the electroplated tin was improved significantly.
