电动工具用高速充电型MH-Ni蓄电池的研制

【摘要】 研制了电动工具用SC3000型MH-Ni蓄电池,1C充放电,循环寿命在500次以上,并可实现18min充电。组合的电池组,可实现30min内充电,15A电流放电,循环100次容量未见衰减,208次容量为初始容量的89%。通过优选极片配方、改进制造工艺、优选隔膜及调整电解液组分来降低电池内压和内阻,有效地提高了电池在大电流充电下的充电效率和稳定性,确保了电池在快充下循环寿命不衰减。采用智能控制充电器,既能实现30min内充电,又能确保电池安全可靠。这样的电池满足了电动工具的要求,使用效果较好。

【Abstract】 The exploited Ni-MH SC 3000 battery is applied to the electric tools, its current of charge and discharge is 1 C, the cycle life reaches more than 500 cycles, and its charge can finish in 18 min. The assembled battery pack can realize that its charge finish in 30 min, discharge with 15 A, its capacity will not decline after 100 cycles, and when discharge at the 208th cycle,the capacity keep 89% of the initial capacity. Reduce the internal resistance and internal voltage of battery through the optimum prescription of electrode, improvement of the manufacturing technique of electrodes, the optimum choice of separator, and adjustment for the composition of electrolyte, thus improve effectively the charging efficiency and stability at large current, ensure that the cycle life of the battery will not decline in the case of rapid charge. Adopt the intelligent control charger can realize that charge finish within 30 min, insure the safe and reliability of the battery as well. This kind of battery meet the requirement of electric tools with better performance.
