液结太阳能电池敏化剂研究进展
Research progress on the sensitizer of liquid-junction solar cell
【摘要】 液结太阳能电池利用敏化纳米半导体把太阳能转化为电能,具有价格低、效率高等优点,近年来已引起了越来越多研究者的广泛兴趣。简要地介绍了液结太阳能电池的结构、工作原理,并对敏化剂类型、作用及在电极上的修饰途径进行了综述。在此基础上,提出了今后研究工作的重点。
【Abstract】 The liquid-junction solar cell is a device of converting solar energy into electric energy with the sensitized nano-particle semiconductor, which has low-cost and high-efficiency advantages. The structure and operating principle of liquid-junction solar cell were described, with emphasis on the review of the variety and function of the sensitizer as well as the sensitized approach on the electrode. Some opinions on further studies of liquid-junction solar cell were also presented.
