【摘要】 借助于计算机控制的电子负载单元,实验研究了各种负载循环下运行参数对液相进料直接甲醇燃料电池动态响应的影响。报道了甲醇溶液浓度和流量的影响。结果表明:在实验工况下,电池的电压响应值随甲醇溶液浓度和流量的减小而提升,高的甲醇溶液浓度和流量能给出更快和更稳定的电池响应。电流持续变化时,甲醇溶液浓度和流量对电池动态响应的影响很小。电池内部物理过程和化学过程的动态变化与相互作用是动态响应的关键。
【Abstract】 With the aid of computer-controlled load unit, the influence of operating parameters on the dynamic response of a liquid feed direct methanol fuel cell under variable loading cycles were investigated experimentally. The effects of methanol solution concentration and flow rate on the cell transient response are reported in this paper. The results indicate, under our operating conditions, that the cell responded voltage elevates with the decreasing of the methanol solution concentration and flux, and that the cell has a faster and more stable response at higher concentration and flow rate. The effect of methanol solution concentration and flow rate on the cell dynamic response is less significant under gradual loading. The transient behaviors and interaction between physics and electrochemical processes inside fuel cells play key roles in the cell dynamic response.
