扩散层成分和含量对PEMFC性能的影响

【摘要】 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的扩散层通常包括碳纸和整平层,在电池结构中起着重要作用。使用BP2000型炭黑作为PEMFC的扩散层,通过试验分析了碳粉含量、碳纸类型和疏水性处理对单电池性能的影响。电池催化层由Nafion溶液和Pt/C催化剂构成。结果表明,TPG-90型碳纸性能较好,其疏水性不影响碳纸的孔隙率。在PEMFC电池的电极制造过程中有必要使用整平层,整平层中BP2000型碳粉的含量以2mg·cm-2为宜。

【Abstract】 Diffusion layer in proton exchange membrane fuel cell usually includes carbon paper and flattening layer, which are of the essence for the cell’s structure. BP 2000 carbon black was employed as diffusion layer in PEMFC in the paper. Influences of quantity of the carbon black, type of Toray carbon paper and hydrophobic treatment on performance of single cell were studied through tests. The catalyst layer was composed of Nafion scattering solution and Pt/C catalyst. The results showed that TPG-90 Toray carbon paper was the best. SEM on carbon paper exhibited hydrophobic treatment has not reduced porosity. It is necessary to use flattening layer during the process of MEA preparation. Quantity of BP 2000 carbon powder is about 2 mg·cm-2 at the best.
