动力电池数字化测试系统——DSP在电池检测中的应用
The digital system for testing power battery-DSP application in battery testing
【摘要】 介绍了一种动力电池数字化测试设备的软硬件设计。该系统以TMS320LF2407DSP作为核心处理器,采用主从式结构设计方法,用FPGA配合DSP实现了数字化PWM输出电流调节,可对动力电池恒电流充放电过程中的电池电压、电流、容量、-驻V进行实时监控。实际测试结果表明,系统的可靠性好、检测精度高、响应速度快、使用方便,能很好的满足动力电池测试的各种要求,适合于大规模动力电池的化成与检测。
【Abstract】 The hardware and software design of digital system for testing power battery is introduced. The system uses TMS 320 LF 2407 DSP as the core processor and adopts principal-subordinate structure, so it can adjust the output current by controlling digital pulse-width modulating with DSP and FPGA technology. The system is used for monitoring and controlling the performance parameters such as voltage, current, capacity and-?驻V of power battery timely during charge or discharge. Results show that it has such advantages as high reliability and precision, responding quickly and handling easily. It can satisfy all test requirements, and especially it’s appropriate for the large-scale test of power battery.
