大容量锂动力电池化成电源全数字控制技术
Research on digital control technique of large capacity Li traction battery formation power
【摘要】 研究了一种基于数字信号处理器的大容量锂动力电池数字化成电源,该电源采用先进的双回路控制技术,实现了恒流、恒压充电控制,采用前馈+反馈控制实现电池恒流放电。实验表明该电源控制精度高、响应速度快,响应过程无冲击,组网能力强,可满足大容量锂动力电池化成的需求。
【Abstract】 A new kind of large capacity Li traction battery formation power based on DSP is studied in this paper. In the power, advanced two-loop control technique is used to perform the constant current and constant voltage charge control; feed-forward and feedback control technique is adopted to control the battery discharge in constant current. Experiment shows that this power is accurate, fast, and easy to be controlled by net, which satisfies the requirement of large capacity Li traction battery formation.
