【Abstract】 Phenolic resin is the main export paint of China, so improving its technique, increasing its additional value and increasing its field of application can promote the benefit of our paint industry. Modifying through introducing the synthetic product of maleic anhydride and bean oil to boric acid modified phenol-formaldehyde resin a water soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin paint with more excellent properties has been acquired.
