【Abstract】 During the process improvement of the old technology, the assembly part is turned into a single pressure arm .The fine blank layout is determined and the corresponding progressive die design is stated according to the technical requirement of the pressure arm. And meanwhile, two kinds of twisting formation devices are introduced, which could serve as a reference for the design and manufacture of similar multi-position progressive dies.
