【摘要】 目的研究益元口服液对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以益元口服液大剂量(10ml/kg·b.w.)、中剂量(3.33ml/kg·b.w.)和小剂量(1.67ml/kg·b.w.)小鼠灌胃给药,观察益元口服液对正常小鼠迟发性变态反应、脾淋巴细胞转化、血清溶血素水平、脾细胞抗体形成、碳粒廓清指数、巨噬细胞吞噬作用和NK细胞活性等7项指标的影响。结果益元口服液可显著增强迟发性变态反应,显著提高脾细胞抗体生成水平,非常显著促进了巨噬细胞的吞噬作用和非常显著提高了NK细胞的活性。结论益元口服液能增强正常小鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objctive To study the effect of Yiyuan oral solution on the immune function of normal mice. Method The mice were divided into control and 3 Yiyuan oral solution groups (at low, moderate and high doses). The immune indices of delayed type hypersensitivity, transformation of spleen lymphocyte, serum hemolysin, splenocytic antibody formation, carbon clearance index, phagocytotic function of the macrophage and natural killer cell activity were observed after administration of Yiyuan oral solution.
