【摘要】 本文介绍了AT89C51单片机的基本特点、功能,以及在RFID(射频识别)系统中的应用。着重介绍了在无线呼叫系统中的电路设计和软件实现,而呼叫系统所用的无线收发芯片为nRF401。该芯片具有抗干扰强,收发速率快,外围设备简单等特点。

【Abstract】 Characteristics and functions of AT89C51 and applications in RFID system are described in this paper.Circuit design and softeare realization in wireless call are emphasized.The chip applicated in wireless call system is nRF401.The chip has characteristics of anti-jamming, high speed and simple peripheral equipments.
