双CPU电动机保护装置通信与人机交互
Communication and Man-Machine Interaction in Motor Protection Device Based on Double CPUs
【摘要】 简要介绍基于TMS320LF2407A和W 78E516B为核心的双CPU结构的电动机保护装置功能及硬件,给出其双CPU间通信与人机交互部分的工作原理与实现方法。采用串行通信方式,分批传送数据,实现DSP主控板和人机交互板的数据通信。采用图像型点阵式液晶模块MSC-G12864,使用自行开发的字库,实现全汉化液晶显示与菜单操作。实际运行结果表明,所采用的双CPU间的通信方式和人机交互技术具有数据传送快速、稳定、可靠及人机界面友好和参数设置简便等优点。
【Abstract】 The function and hardware of a motor protection device based on double CPUs,TMS320LF2407A and W78E516B,was introduced simply.The communication between double CPUs and the working principle of man-machine interaction were described in details.Serial communication is used in this device.The data between DSP main control board and man-machine interaction board are exchanged by transporting data in batches in serial communication.MSC-G12864 is a image dot-matrix liquid crystal display,without Chinese character library.So users should make a Chinese character library by himself to complete the display of Chinese words and menu.The practical running indicates that the communication used in double CPUs can transport data quickly,steadily,reliably and the technique used in man-machine interaction has excellent characteristics of friendly interface,parameters setting easily.
