骨骼肌收缩对骨质疏松结构的影响

【摘要】 目的研究骨骼肌收缩对绝经后骨质疏松骨结构的影响。方法成年雌性大鼠40只,随机分为4组,每组10只:对照组、骨质疏松组、骨骼肌收缩Ⅰ组、骨骼肌收缩Ⅱ组。骨质疏松组及骨骼肌收缩组开腹切除双侧卵巢后缝合,4d后开始实验。骨骼肌收缩运用游泳方式,时间30min,每周6次,对照组、骨质疏松组置水中30min不运动。实验第12周结束。抽血处死,取后肢骨做骨强度及骨病理检查,血及时检验。结果雌性大鼠去卵巢后雌性激素下降,骨结构疏松,骨强度下降,骨骼肌收缩可以减缓这种损害。结论加强骨骼肌收缩可抑制骨质疏松骨组织吸收,增强骨强度。开始的时间越早,抑制骨吸收效果越好。

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the influence of skeletal muscle shrinkage on osteoporosis in ovariectomy rats. Methods Forty adult female rats were randomly separated into 3 groups: control group, osteoporosis group, skeletal muscle shrinkage Ⅰ group and skeletal muscle shrinkageⅡgroup.Each group had10rats.The osteoporosis and skeletal muscle shrinkage groups’rats were undergonebilateral ovariectomy under general anaesthesia.4days later the study was carried on.Swimming was usedin skeletal muscle shrinkagegroupfor30minutes and6times per week.The control and osteoporosis groups were put into waterfor30minutes but no swimming.12weeks later,all the rats were sacrificed after collected venous blood and bones of lowerlimb.Theintensity and pathomorphology of boneswere detected.The blood was detected immediately.ResultsThe blood estrogen contents in female rats declined after ovariectomy.The bone structure andintensityloosed and declined.Skeletal muscle shrinkage couldlessenthese damages.ConclusionsStrengthenskeletal muscle shrinkage couldinhibit the bone absorption of osteoporosis,improve the bone intensity.Earlier the swimming exerciseswas done,better the bone absorption could be inhibited.
