【摘要】 目的建立鼠疫菌外膜蛋白提取的方法,研究中国鼠疫菌外膜蛋白的种类,比较各生态型之间的差别用于鼠疫菌分型。方法鼠疫菌经破碎后采取超高速离心法提取外膜蛋白,利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺(SDS-PAGE)电泳系统分离鼠疫菌外膜蛋白。结果在10%的SDS-PAGE上中国各生态型鼠疫菌在37℃条件下表达的外膜蛋白带最多的为26条,28℃可表达的外膜蛋白带最多的为36条,各生态型之间除具有共同的外膜蛋白带外亦存在差别,由此将中国鼠疫菌划分为6种外膜蛋白类型。结论中国各生态型鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类存在一定的差异,青海田鼠型菌株和布氏田鼠型菌株所产生的外膜蛋白具有更多的相同之处,外膜蛋白可作为鼠疫菌基因分型的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the abstracting method of Y.pestis out membrane protein , to study the kind of the Y.pestis out membrane protein , the differences of all kinds of the Y.pestis ecotype are used to type .Methods The Y.pestis was smashed and the Y.pestis out membrane protein was abstracted by hyperelocity centrifuge and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis system. Results All Chinese ecotype of Y.pestis could create the most 26 Y.pestis out membrane protein bands in 10% SDS-PAGE at 37 ℃,and the most 36 Y.pestis out membrane protein bands were created at 28 ℃.all Chinese Y.pestis could be divided into six out membrane protein types.Conclusions There are some differences of the out membrane protein of all Chinese Y.pestis ecotype,the out membrane protein of Microtus fuscus strain and Microtus brandti strain have some same places.out membrane protein could be used to type in the Y.pestis.更多还原
