【摘要】 目的探讨雌激素缺乏的情况下软骨代谢的变化。方法将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和雌激素缺乏组,分别喂养12周和24周后处死,取大鼠肋软骨,用改良法测定软骨中羟脯氨酸含量,进一步换算出软骨中胶原含量。结果12周后,各组软骨胶原含量、氨基己糖及硫酸基含量均无显著差异,但软骨胶原含量有下降趋势。24周后,雌激素缺乏组中软骨胶原、氨基己糖、硫酸基含量较各组均降低,且有显著性差异。结论雌激素缺乏可引起软骨有机质含量降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the changes of cartilage metabolism with deficiency of estrogen.Methods SD rats were randomly separated into 2 groups: control group and estrogen deficiency group. 12 and 24 weeks later, the rats were sacrificed and costal cartilages were collected. The contents of hydroxyproline were determined and then the contents of collagen were obtained.Results 12 weeks later, little difference of the contents of collagen, hexosamine and sulfate were observed between control group and estrogen deficiency group. But the decline trend of collagen contents was observed. 24 weeks later, the contents of collagen, hexosamine and sulfate of estrogen deficiency group declined compared with control group.Conclusions Deficiency of estrogen can decline the contents of organic compounds in cartilage.更多还原
