郑州市饮水型地方性砷中毒调查

【摘要】 目的 掌握郑州市居民饮水砷状况以及是否存在地方性砷中毒。方法 根据饮水型地方性砷中毒分布规律,在全市重点地区选择调查点进行饮水砷测定及砷中毒情况调查。结果 全市6个县(市) 3 4个乡(镇) 2 86个自然村共采集测定水样62 2份,水砷在0~0 .1860mg/L之间。首次在位于郑州市东部平原地区的中牟县检测出高砷水井6眼,水砷最高为0 .1860mg/L ,最低为0 .0 5 6mg/L ,高砷水埋深2 6~40m。其他县(市)水砷均在0 .0 5mg/L以下,全部在国家规定标准以内。在对水砷超标的重点乡走访调查中,未发现砷中毒病人。结论 郑州市存在高砷地区,但是尚未发现地方性砷中毒的流行。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the arsenic content of inhabitants’ drinking water endemic arsenic poisoning in Zhengzhou. Methods In the investigation sites in focal area, we investigated the relationship of arsenic level in drinking-water and prevalence of arsenism with the distributive pattern of drinking-water type endemic arsenism in Zhengzhou. Results Arsenic content was between 0 to 0.186 0 mg/L in the 622 water samples collected in 286 villages of 34 towns belong to 6 counties. There were 6 high arsenic wells for the first time in history in zhongmou country where is located in plain areas in eastern part of Zhengzhou. The max level of arsenic content in drinking water was 0.186 0 mg/L and the smallest was 0.056 mg/L and the wells with high arsenic were between 26 to 40 m. No patient suffering from endemic arsenic poisoning was found during the survey in the other drinking water being below 0.05 mg/L. Conclusions There are high arsenic area in Zhengzhou. It is not found that endemic arsenic poisoning prevailed in Zhengzhou.
