21世纪图书馆员继续教育论
On the continuing education of the librarians in the 21st century
【摘要】 分析了当前图书馆员继续教育的重要性和紧迫性,指出当前我国图书馆员继续教育存在的问题,探讨了21世纪我国图书馆员继续教育的内容、方法及管理。
【Abstract】 This essay analyses the importance and the urgency of the continuing education of the librarians at present,points out the existing problems and discusses the contents,methods and managements of the continuing education of the librarians in the 21st century.
