首问责任制之管见——浅论新形势下高校图书馆的读者服务
Proposals of first asking duty system——On the reader service work of academic libraries in new situation
【摘要】 针对新形势下高校图书馆的读者服务工作 ,论述了图书馆推行“首问责任制”的重要性、内涵与特征 ,并提出实施该制度的措施
【Abstract】 Aiming at the reader service work of academic libraries in the new situation, the article expounds the characteristics, importance, connotation and denotation of first asking duty system, and puts forward some suggestions for carrying out this system.
