【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> Talim river is the longest inland river in China. Its basin is located in the hinterland of Euro-Asia, the climate is extremely dry, there are some rich resources of sunshine, heatend and water. The article analyzes the total volume of surface and groundwater runoff at the upper reaches of Talim River and points out the existing issues in the process of exploitation and utilization of water resources and puts forward the relative rational measures.更多还原
