【Abstract】 With the development of 3G mobile communication and digital technology, mobile network has become the primary channel to obtain and consume digital content. In order to solve the digital rights protection problem, the paper proposed digital rights management (DRM) architecture for B2C, B2B, and C2C content distribution over the mobile network, and adopted DRM agent in the Java SIM card which can be used as security computing environment to enforce digital right. In this architecture, content providers take responsibility for content authorization, service providers and wholesalers take charge of content trade.
