移动网络数字内容分发的版权管理研究
Research of Rights Management for Digital Content Distribution on Mobile Network
【摘要】 随着第三代移动通信和数字技术的迅速发展,移动网络成为人们获取、消费数字内容的重要途径。为了解决数字版权保护问题,本文利用Java SIM卡提供的安全计算环境部署数字版权代理,提出了一套支持B2C、B2B和C2C多种分发模式的移动数字版权管理系统,其中内容提供商负责进行授权,服务提供商和内容批发商负责数字内容的交易和服务,这种销售、授权和实施分离的方式确保了数字内容分发的灵活性、公正性和可审计性。
【Abstract】 With the development of 3G mobile communication and digital technology, mobile network has become the primary channel to obtain and consume digital content. In order to solve the digital rights protection problem, the paper proposed digital rights management (DRM) architecture for B2C, B2B, and C2C content distribution over the mobile network, and adopted DRM agent in the Java SIM card which can be used as security computing environment to enforce digital right. In this architecture, content providers take responsibility for content authorization, service providers and wholesalers take charge of content trade. This kind of architecture ensures the flexibility, impartiality and audit ability of digital content distribution.
