6T NbTi传导冷却超导磁体系统杜瓦容器的研制
THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRYOSTAT FOR 6T NbTi CONDUCTION COOLED SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET SYSTEM
【摘要】 成功研制了6TNbTi传导冷却超导磁体系统,制冷机为二级GM 制冷机.磁体冷却到4K需用74小时左右.目前磁体系统已分别完成了115A(6T) ,4 5小时和95A ,2 6 4小时的无间断运行实验.该磁体所用杜瓦容器外径为74 2mm ,高为5 5 8mm ,室温孔径为10 0mm .磁体系统可在支架上以0度,4 5度,90度旋转.
【Abstract】 A 6T NbTi superconducting magnet cooled by a two-stage 4K G-M cryocooler was developed successfully in our Institute .The magnet was cooled to 4K about 74hr. At present the magnet system has been finished experimental examination for 115A(6T), 45hr and 95A, 264hr continuously.;The cryostat has 742mm outside diameter, 558mm height and 100mm room temperture bore. The magnet system can be rotated on a support frame with 0°, 45°, 90°.;The structural design of cryostat and test results of magnet system are mainly presented in this paper.
