活性炭脱除低浓度硫化氢研究进展

【摘要】 用活性炭脱除低浓度的硫化氢是一种经济有效的方法。综述了近年来国内外在这方面的研究进展,归纳了反应机理,总结了活性炭孔道结构、湿度、改性剂以及原料气组分、活性炭表面化学环境等对反应的影响,总结了失活后活性炭的再生方法:用水蒸汽或惰性气体热再生和直接用空气氧化再生。并预测了这种方法的应用前景。

【Abstract】 It is economical and effective to remove low concentration of hydrogen sulfide by activated carbon .In this article we concluded the development of this method in these years ,we put forward the mechanism of the reaction, and we discussed the factors which may affect the reaction including the pore structure of the activated carbon, the chemical environmental of activated carbon ,the temperature ,the humidity and components of the field gas etc. We also pointed out there were two possible ways to regenerate the used carbon :one is using the stream or the inert gas in a high temperature,the other is using the air directly .Finally, the future of the method is predicted.
