水轮发电机组的规划式开机控制

【摘要】 水电机组启机并网时间的长短对电力系统的安全运行和电能质量具有重要影响。文章从水轮机启动过程中的能量关系入手,吸收了规划式控制思想,提出了一种新的水轮机开机控制策略,摒弃了以往的开环和闭环控制模式,将水电机组的开机控制问题转化为求解和预测导叶空载开度和开度最大值,确定这两个参数后即可得到导叶开度的预测模型,从而保证机组快速、平稳地达到额定转速,缩短开机并网时间。

【Abstract】 Secure operation of power system and power quality are evidently impacted by the duration for both starting-up of hydroelectric generating sets and merging them into power network. Starting with the energy dependence during the stating-up of hydroelectric generator and based on the thinking of program control, a new starting-up control strategy for hydroelectric generator is proposed, in which the former open-loop control mode and close-loop control mode are abandoned and the starting-up control of hydroelectric generator is transformed into the solution and forecasting of the guide vane’s no-load opening and its maximum opening. After determining these two parameters, the forecasting model of guide vane’s opening can be obtained, thus it can be ensured for hydroelectric generating sets to reach the rated revolution speed rapidly and smoothly and shorten the duration of its starting-up and merging into power network.
