一种求解可用传输容量的新方法
A New Method to Calculate Available Transfer Capability
【摘要】 建立了基于最优潮流的总传输容量计算模型,推导出目标函数对某节点注入功率的灵敏度系数就是该节点上有功潮流平衡方程的Lagrangian乘子,并采用非线性互补方法求解该模型,从而获得灵敏度并计算出可用传输容量(Available Transfer Capabillty,ATC)。当某节点注入功率摄动时,根据求得的灵敏度及基准ATC值就可以快速估计出新的ATC值。最后采用IEEE30节点系统验证了文中所提方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A computation model of total transfer capability (TTC) based on optimal power flows (OPF) is built up and it is deduced that the sensitivity coefficient of a certain busbar’s injected power in objective function is the Lagrangian multiplier of active power flow balance equation of corresponding busbar. Solving this model by nonlinear complementation method, the sensitivity is obtained and the value of available transfer capability (ATC) is further calculated. Thus, when the power injected into a certain busbar perturbs, a new value of ATC can be quickly estimated according to the obtained sensitivity and the reference value of ATC. The verification results by IEEE 30-bus system show that the proposed method and model are effective.
