IEC61970标准的扩展在调度控制中心集成化中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了清华大学开发的控制中心应用软件与其他厂商系统集成技术的发展历程,即从专用API发展到IEC61970-CIM/CIS。以外网等值模型和高压直流输电系统为例介绍了公共信息模型(CommonInformationModel,CIM)的扩展方法。重点介绍了CIM/XML(eXtensibleMarkupLanguage)导入导出技术、基于局域网的CIS(ComponentInterfaceSpecification)和基于广域网的CIS在江苏省调、金华地调和广东省调的现场应用经验。现场应用表明,通过CIM的扩展和模型拆分合并技术的使用,IEC61970标准已经可以在实际电网调度中心应用,其开放性、正确性和效率达到了预期目标,将成为调度控制中心集成化的核心技术。

【Abstract】 The development course of the adopted technology that integrates the advanced applications for control center developed by Tsinghua University with software systems developed by other manufacturers, namely from special propose API to IEC61970-CIM/CIS, is introduced. Taking external network equivalent model and HVDC for example, the extension method of Common Information Model (CIM) is presented, and on-site experiences of applying import/export technology of CIM/XML (eXtensible Markup Language), LAN based component interface specification (CIS) and WAN based CIS to Jiangsu provincial power dispatching center, Jinhua regional power dispatching center and Guangdong provincial power dispatching center are emphatically presented. On-site applications show that by means of extension of CIM and model unbinding and merging technique, IEC61970 standard already can be applied in actual power dispatching centers, and its openness, correctness and efficiency are satisfied. Therefore, the presented technology will become the kernel technology for power control center integration.
