【Abstract】 Traditional power dispatching model cannot suit to the requirement under the condition of power industry deregulation. A novel power dispatching model is established by use of the concept of exclusive electricity market, in which appropriate reserve under predeterminate conditions can be automatically arranged according to different operating modes, this reserve arrangement only relates to operating modes and expectable level of contingency and possesses definite purpose in reserve arrangement. Taking a simple 10-unit system as calculation example, the results show that the proposed dispatching model is feasible and reasonable.更多还原
