【摘要】 衡量发电机组市场力的现有方法多应用在市场出清之后,属于研究市场运行历史数据的后验法,具有很大的滞后性与局限性。作者从最优潮流(OPF)灵敏度分析出发,推出发电机组收入变化与系统节点价格变化之间的相互关系,进一步得到机组是否拥有市场势力的实时判据指标。在理想的完全竞争环境中,由于可替代性,某台发电机组稍微提高投标价格一般会导致其有功输出的大量减少,基于自身价格的灵敏度指标为很小的负值,随着机组市场力的增加,该指标逐渐趋于增大,直至为零,此结论可推广至多台机组的情形。该方法有较强的实用性,既可被发电机组用于调整投标策略,也可被系统操作员(ISO)用于市场监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing methods weighing up the market power of generating sets are mostly applied after the market is cleared, so they belong to a posteriori methods researching the historical data of market operation and possess posteriority and limitation. Here, starting from the sensitivity analysis of optimal power flow (OPF), the interrelation between the variation of generating set’s revenue and that of nodal price is deduced, and the real time index is further obtained, and whether the generating set possesses market power can be judged by this index. In general under ideal perfect competitive environment, because of the replaceability the active output of a certain generating set will fall in vast scale while its bidding price is slightly raised, and the sensitivity index based on its own price will be a very small negative value; along with the increment of market power this index will gradually increase until sensitivity index becomes zero. This conclusion can be spread to the situation of multi-generating sets. The proposed method is practicable; it can be used to adjust the bidding strategy of generating sets and can also be used by ISO to monitor the market.更多还原
