电力市场金融风险评估和辅助决策系统设计与实现

【摘要】 作者提出了电力市场金融风险评估和辅助决策系统的理论模型和求解方法,包括金融风险评估、报价行为分析和电价预测,并开发了可供实用的相应的大型应用软件。该软件以B/S模式部署系统,应用微软.NET整体解决方案,选择MS-SQLServer200(0sp3)作为数据库主平台,结合ADO.NET、XML等高级数据存储机制,使系统运行稳定、高效。该软件具备系统维护、金融风险评估、报价行为分析、电价预测、系统剩余容量计算和综合查询等功能。以浙江电力市场积累的历史数据及运行经验验证了该软件中各种应用方法的正确性和实用性。所开发的应用软件为电力市场运营和监管人员分析提供了定量分析工具,可供其它地区正在建设的电力市场借鉴。

【Abstract】 A financial risk evaluating and assistant decision-making system for Zhejiang electricity market is presented, including theory models and solutions. Moreover, corresponding large practical software is exploited. B/S pattern is selected to deploy system, and Microsoft .Net integer solution project is applied. MS-SQL Server 2000 as main database platform combining with ADO.NET and XML makes this software stable and efficient. This software mainly possesses six function modules such as system protection, financial risk evaluation, bidding behavior analysis, price forecasting, system surplus capacity percent (SCP) calculation and synthesis query. In accord with historical data and operation experience of Zhejiang electricity market, the exactness and practicality of presented methods utilized in this system are validated. This software can provide quantitative analysis tools for electricity market operation and monitoring department, and it will provide a good example for other regional electricity markets being constructed in China.
