输电网络运行风险的在线评估

【摘要】 根据在线评估电网运行风险的特点,建立了故障枚举和概率抽样相结合的算法计算停电风险指标,模拟潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸,通过综合分析故障后果和故障发生可能性快速寻找电网运行的潜在风险,提供相应的预防、控制事故的措施。算法充分考虑了运行调度的特点,自动刷新严重故障模式集合,实时更新电网数据,建立了系统、地区和负荷节点三个层次的风险指标,通过网页发布电网风险信息。IEEE RTS 测试系统和大型区域电网的计算结果证明了算法的实用价值。

【Abstract】 According to the features of on-line operation risk assessment of power transmission network an algorithm integrating the fault enumeration and probabilistic sampling is established to calculate the risk indices of outage and the intertripping caused by power flow transferring is simulated. The latent risks of power network operation are fast searched by means of synthetical analysis of fault consequences and probability of occurring faults to provide corresponding measures to prevent and control the faults. In the proposed algorithm the features of power network operation and dispatching are adequately considered, the set of serious fault modes is automatically refreshed, the data of power network is updated in real-time mode, and the risk indices in three layers, i.e., in the risk systematic, regional and load node layers, are built up, and the risk information of power network is distributed by webpage. The practicality of the proposed algorithm is verified by the calculation results of IEEE RTS test system and a large scale regional power network.
