考虑电力系统潮流直接可解的同步相量量测单元最优配置
OPTIMAL CONFIGURATION OF SYNCHRONOUS PHASOR MEASUREMENT UNIT CONSIDERING DIRECT SOLVABLE POWER FLOW
【摘要】 基于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)的同步相量量测单元(Phasor Measurement Unit,PMU)是一种新型的量测装置,该装置可以直接量测节点电压相量。文章在电力系统潮流直接可解概念的基础上提出了采用遗传算法解决PMU的最优配置问题。数学模型(即评价函数)的构造是采用遗传算法的主要瓶颈,文章建立了PMU最优配置的数学模型,并以此模型为评价函数开发出相应的遗传算法。算例结果表明文章所建立的模型和采用的算法是有效的。
【Abstract】 The synchronous phasor measurement unit (PMU) based on global positioning system (GPS) which can directly measure the nodal voltage phasors is a new type of measurement device. According to the concept of direct solvable power flow the optimal configuration of PMU by genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed. The construction of the mathematical model of GA, i.e., the evaluation function,is always the bottleneck in its application. Here, the mathematical model with optimal configuration of PMU is established and taking this model for evaluation function the corresponding GA is developed. The results of calculation examples show that the established model and the developed algorithm are effective.
