【摘要】 描述了采自广东省阳江市海水网箱养殖尖吻鲈鳃上寄生的单殖吸虫鳞盘虫科DiplectanidaeBychowsky ,195 7、拟合片虫属PseudorhabdosynochusYamaguti,195 8中的 1新种 ,文中量度 μm ,模式标本保存于中山大学华南寄生生物研究中心。阳江拟合片虫 ,新种P .yangjiangensissp .nov .(图 1～10 )宿主 :尖吻鲈LatescalcariferBloch (Centropomidae)。寄生部位 :鳃。广东阳江 ,2 0 0 3 11 0 7。虫体中小型 ,体长 35 0～ 770 ,体宽 136～ 175。身体后半部分被有鳞片。食管较短 ,于咽后端分叉 ,伸至身体后 3/4处 ,末端不相连。后吸器长 88～ 12 2 ;背、腹鳞盘由 11～ 12列同心圆排列的几丁质小杆组成。背中央大钩外突长 2 5～36 ;腹中央大钩外突长 34～ 4 2。背联结片全长 4 0～ 5 5 ;中央联结片中部凹陷 ,两端削窄 ,全长 97～ 12 2。边缘小钩全长8～ 11。雄性交接器球形部大小为 (30～ 39)× (2 8～ 35 ) ,由四层肌肉质构成 ;管状部全长 6 2～ 88。阴道全长 2 8～ 38,前端部几丁质化 ,呈现花瓶状 ;后端部为几丁质化的纤维状细管。卵呈四面体 ,端部圆形 ,并由一端伸出一条细长的极丝。新种与同样寄生在尖吻鲈上的P .latesi和P .monosquamodiscusi在形态上最为相似 ,尤其是交接器的结构 ,其基部为球形 ,由四层肌肉?更多还原

【Abstract】 Pseudorhabdosynochus yangjiangensis sp. nov. (Monogenea, Diplectanidae) is described from the gills of Lates calcarifer Bloch collected from Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, China. The new species is morphologically similar with P. latesi and P. monosquamodiscusi which parasitize the same host fish, but it can be readily distinguished from these two species by the obviously different shapes of the vagina and haptor.更多还原
