【摘要】 目的:评价缬沙坦、氢氯噻嗪联合治疗高血压病的降压效果。方法:4 0例轻中度原发性高血压患者日服一次缬沙坦80mg、氢氯噻嗪12 .5mg ,共8周,治疗前后做2 4小时动态血压监测。结果:收缩压、舒张压谷/峰比值分别为5 5 .6 %、5 3.5 % ,2 4小时、昼、夜平均血压分别下降2 1.2 /13.3mmHg、2 4 .3/14 .5mmHg、16 .8/10 .7mmHg。结论:缬沙坦、氢氯噻嗪联合治疗高血压病的降压作用平稳,可维持2 4小时。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Evaluate the antihypertensive effects of Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide combilation.Method:40 patients with mild to moderate hypertention took Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide combilation once a day for 8 week.24 h Anbulatory blood pressure monitoring was done before and after treatment respectively.Results:The mean though/peak ratios of SBP and DBP in responders were 55.6% and 53.5%,mean 24h blood pressure decreased 21.2/13.3 mmHg,mean blood pressure of day time and nighftime decreased 24.3/14.5 mmHg and 16.8/10.7 mmHg.Conclusion:Therapy with Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide combilation once a day can provide reduction of blood pressure for 24 bours.更多还原
