【Abstract】 This paper introduces the background, setting up process and IPR status of AVS. AVS practice proved that it’s possible to set up an independent standard by passing through "patent forest". As a result, AVS will be a headstream for Chinese AV industry and a good choice for AV industry worldwide.更多还原
