急性脑梗死患者外周血造血干细胞测定的临床意义
Clinical significance of determination of autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cells in patients with acute cerebral infarction
【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者自体外周血造血干细胞水平的变化及其临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞术方法分别检测40例急性脑梗死患者3,7,10和14dCD34+CD38-细胞百分率.结果:脑梗死急性期外周血CD34+CD38-细胞水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),梗死后3dCD34+CD38-细胞水平上升,10d达高峰,然后开始下降(P<0.01).脑梗死早期CD34+CD38-细胞水平与Fugl-Meyer量表评分负相关(r=-0.281,P<0.05).神经功能恢复越好,CD34+CD38-细胞水平越高(P<0.05).结论:外周血造血干细胞在参与脑梗死急性期神经的修复过程中起重要作用.
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the variety of autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cells (CD34+CD38- cells) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and its clinical significance. METHODS: The percentage of CD34+CD38- cells in patients with ACI was detected with the method of flow cytometry on the 3rd, 7th, 10th and 14th days. RESULTS: The levels of CD34+CD38- cells in the patients with ACI were higher than those in the control (P<0.05). The levels of CD34+CD38- cells increased gradually from the 3rd day after CI, reached the peak on the seventh day and then decreased (P<0.01). The correlation analyses revealed a significantly negative correlation between the Fugl-Meyer Scale and the levels of CD34+CD38- cells in the early stage of cerebral infarction (r=-0.281, P< 0.05). The higher the level of CD34+CD38- cells, the better the neurological function recovery, and vice versa (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Hepatic stellate cells (HSC) may play an important role in nerve lesion repairing process of ACI.
