低强度脉冲电磁场对兔心血管系统的影响
Effects of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields on cardiovascular system of rabbit
【摘要】 目的: 探讨低强度脉冲电磁场 (pulsedelectromag neticfields,PEMFs)对心血管系统的影响,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和理论依据.方法: 30只雌性 5mo龄新西兰大耳白兔随机等分为 3组: ①对照组用常规饲料喂养.②高脂组用高脂、高胆固醇饲料饲养.③磁场组用高脂、高胆固醇饲料饲养,并暴露于强度为 8×10-4 T的脉冲磁场环境中(f=15Hz).饲养 8wk后,分别检测血液流变学、血脂以及心功能等指标,并对主动脉进行解剖学观察,对心肌与肝脏进行组织病理学检查.结果: ①磁场组的血液流变学指标与高脂组比较,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 01 );与对照组比较,磁场组只有全血高切黏度(ηb1 )、低切还原黏度 (ηb2′)和红细胞聚集指数 (AI)等 3 项指标的差异具有显著性意义(P<0 01).②与高脂组比较,磁场组的血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油降低明显 (P<0 01 ),高密度脂蛋白反而有明显升高(P<0 01);与对照组比较,磁场组三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白的差异没有显著性意义(P>0 05);③与高脂组比较,磁场组各项心功能指标的差异均具有显著性意义 (P<0 01 );与对照组比较,磁场组LVET,PEP,ICT以及ICT/LVET均没有显著性差异(P>0 05).④对主动脉内壁大体观察,肉眼清晰可见高脂组弥漫有大量条纹状白色斑块,致使管壁增厚、变硬、管腔狭窄;?
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effects of exposing rabbits to low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) on the cardiovascular system.METHODS: Thirty female white big-eared rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.Normal group was fed with normal diet,the other two groups were fed with hypercholesterolemic diet but the magnetic group was fed in 15 Hz pulsed electromagnetic fields ( 8×10 -4 T and 10 h/d).After eight weeks,the levels of blood lipid,indexes of hemorheology,and properties of cardiac function were examined.Gross anatomy of thoracic aorta was performed.The histomorphologic changes of hepatic and myocardial tissues were compared.RESULTS: ① Compared with those in hyperlipid group,the hemorheology indexes in magnetic group reduced significantly (P<0.01).Compared with those in normal group,the indexes of whole blood viscosity of high shear rates (η b1 ),whole blood reduction viscosity of high shear rates (η b2 ′) and aggregation indexes of RBC (AI) increased in magnetic group (P<0.01).② Compared with those in hyperlipid group,the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride decreased evidently in magnetic group (P<0.01),while the high density lipoprotein (HDL) value increased obviously (P<0.01).No difference was found in the values of triglyceride and HDL between the magnetic group and control group (P>0.05).③ Compared with those in hyperlipid group,the properties of cardiac function in magnetic group showed statistically significant differences (P<0.01) while no difference was found in LVET,PEP,ICT and ICT/LVET between magnetic group and control group (P>0.05). ④ The deposit of fatty material on the inner lining of thoracic aorta wall in magnetic group was significantly lighter than that in hyperlipid group.⑤ The accumulation of fat in hepatic tissue in hyperlipid group was much more notable than that in magnetic group.No notable steatosis was observed in magnetic and control group.⑥ Numerous aggregation of lipoids emerged among the myocardial myofibrils in heperlipid group while no notable changes were found in both magnetic and control group.CONCLUSION: Low-intensity PEMFs are helpful to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
