【摘要】 上海市轨道交通8号线陆家浜路车站北施工区基坑,在施工过程中遇到周围管线密集、高层建筑的桩基较浅、土层渗透性较弱等难题,通过采取地基加固、半盖挖法施工及信息化施工等技术措施,用较短的工期完成了基坑开挖施工,很好地控制了对基坑周边环境的影响,确保西藏南路交通畅通及林荫大楼等邻近建筑的安全,施工中采取的措施,可供同行参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the foundation pit in the north construction area of Lu Jia Bang Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line No. 8 faces the following difficulties: dense pipelines, shallow pile depth of the neighboring high-rise building, and lower soil permeability. By adopting technical measures such as foundation consolidation, semi top-down construction, feedback information construction, the foundation pit construction is completed in a tight schedule. Furthermore, the ambient environment is under good control, ensuring smooth traffic of South Xi Zang Road and the safety of the nearby buildings like Linyin Mansion.
