一种网络化的列车试风试验测控系统
A Networked Measuring and Controlling System for Train Air Brake Test
【摘要】 介绍一种应用于列车试风试验、基于 CAN 总线和组态软件的网络化测控系统。该系统由工控机、可编程控制器和控制器局域网构成的。工控机作为上位机,通过 RS-232串行口与 PLC 实现通信,通过 CAN 总线与 CAN 节点实现远程数据传输,其监控及数据管理系统采用组态软件 MCGS 编制。智能 CAN 节点主要由单片机 PIC18F448构成,而由 PLC 实现的模糊控制算法用于调节列车试风风压。系统组成实现模块化,简单、可靠。实际运行证明了该系统的可用性,并实现完全自动化。
【Abstract】 A networked measuring and controlling system based on CAN bus and configuration software is discussed,which is used in train air brake test system.The system is made up of industrial computer,programmable logic controller and controller LAN.Industrial computer is used as host computer,which communicates with PLC through RS-232 serial interface,implements telecommunication with CAN nodes through CAN bus,and its supervision and data management system is programmed with configuration software MCGS.Intelligent CAN node is made of microchip PIC18F448 mainly,and the fuzzy control arithmetic realized by PLC is adopted to regulate train test air pressure in the system.The system’s composing is realized with modularization,simple and reliable.The system’s running shows it has usability,and comolete automation is realized.
