【摘要】 设计了塑料挤出机的集中控制软件,主要用于实现对挤出车间所有塑料挤出机的集中控制。与其他控制软件相比,本软件具有单机或集中控制可选、人机界面友好、操作简单、功能强大和可扩展性强等优点。利用工控机的动态链接库驱动程序,在 VB 中很容易实现对硬件端口的操作,另外,利用获取地址函数,可在 VB 中实现类似 C 或 VC++中指针的功能。其他软件功能和一般Windows 程序一样,可通过逻辑判断和事件驱动实现。本软件的正确性和有效性都经过了实验验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 A VB based centralized temperature control software for plastic extruder is developed,which can realize centralized control of all the extruders in a workshop using one industrial personal computer(IPC).Compared to other control software,the software has many ad- vantages,such as optional signal-machine or centralized control,friendly HMI interface,convenience in operation,powerful function, good expansibility and so on.Using the DLL driver of the IPC,the function of VB is extended and the operation of I/O sports can be realized easily.A get-address function can be used as the pointer in C or VC++.The other functions can be realized by logic judgment and event trigging like other Windows programe.Some experiment results are given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the software.更多还原
