聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的非等温结晶性能

【摘要】 采用融熔插层法制备了聚丙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料,用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了PP和复合材料的非等温结晶动力学.结果表明:PP和PP/PP-g-MAH/OMMT纳米复合材料的动力学速率常数Zc随冷却速率的提高而增加,而半结晶周期t1/2缩短;在相同降温速率下,PP/PP-g-MAH/OMMT纳米复合材料的t1/2比PP的小,纳米复合材料的Avrami指数n也小于PP的,说明蒙脱土起到异相成核剂的作用;OMMT的加入增加了PP的结晶活化能.

【Abstract】 The melt-intercalation method was employed to prepare polypropylene/maleic-grafted polypropylen/montmorillonite nanocomposites.The nonisothermal crystallization of PP and composites was described by DSC.The result indicates that the constant(Zc) of crystallization rate were highed with rising of cooling rate,half period of crystallizations t1/2 were lowered.At the same cooling rate the t1/2 of PP/PP-g-MAH/OMMT was smaller than that of PP.The index(n) ≈3 for nanocomposites,which indicates the montmorillonite was functioned as a kind of heterogeneous nucleation centers.The addition of OMMT to PP increased the activation energies.
