【Abstract】 A new kind of shift counters are proposed. The design for various double module and multi-module shift counters are discussed by example. The design for shift counters is quite easy, because of the obtained feedback functions may be consulted. This is a new kind of shift counters not only used in swallow pulse technique for improving the operation speed of the prepositive frequency divider, but also specifically suited to be used in feedback control system with larger delay.更多还原
