PLC与IPC实现机器人7轴成形系统工作台的自动控制
Implementation for Automation of the Workbench for 7 Axis Robot Shaping Based on PLC and IPC
【摘要】 首先分析了等离子熔射制模法应用的现状,并针对机器人在快速成形与制造应用中遇到的问题提出了以PLC与IPC实现机器人7轴成形工作转台的方法。随后给出了硬件电路和软件程序。结果表明,构成的7轴机器人成形系统开发成本低,运行稳定可靠,操作简便,且该工作台与机器人协调工作良好,实现了等离子熔射快速制模预定的控制功能。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the present status about rapid plasma spray tooling, and designing a method about the automation of the workbench for robot shaping based on the PLC and IPC to settle the matter of rapid prototyping & manufacturing using robot. Its hardware circuit and software design are introduced. Result shows and the system is low cost,high steady and reasonable. Besides, the workbench now is working favorably with the robot. It has achieved prospective aim which plasma rapid spray tooling needs in running system.
