新型三电平逆变器SVM方法的研究
Study on a Novel SVM Method for Three-level PWM Voltage Source Inverter
【摘要】 提出了一种新型的三电平逆变器空间矢量调制(SVM)算法,通过适当的坐标变换,将三相电压空间矢量坐标系变换为三相线电压坐标系,从而能够快速地定位参考电压矢量的位置,利用伏·秒平衡原理,计算出相应矢量作用时间。该方法具有计算简单,容易实现的优点,并且能够很容易地推广到四电平、五电平等多电平逆变器电路中。通过仿真研究,验证了该调制算法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a novel voltage space vector modulation (SVM) method for three-level PWM VSI is proposed. By proper coordinate transformation, instead of conventional voltage space vector d-q reference frame, a line to line voltage reference frame is used to determine the position of the reference voltage space vector, and the corresponding function time of vector can be calculated on the principle of voltage-second value being equal. Comparing with the conventional voltage SVM method, this method is easy to be realized without complex computation and also it is very easy to be extended for five-level and multi-level inverter. The feasibility of this new method is verified by simulation results.
