基于变频器和数据采集系统的包装印刷传动位置控制系统

【摘要】 以快速、高精度跟踪为主要目标的位置伺服系统是广泛应用于高精度位置控制的主要控制方式之一 ,其驱动信号为代表位置命令的脉冲信号。介绍了利用高性能数据采集卡 PCL -718的脉冲计数功能、脉冲输出功能与全数字变频器 MSD系列的脉冲位置控制功能组成的一种应用于包装印刷传动系统中的高精度位置控制系统 ,并实现了硬件与软件的开发。

【Abstract】 Position servo system which has high accuracy and possessed speed tracing performance is one kind of control system that has been widely applied with high accuracy position control, its driving signal is pulse which presents position. In the paper we put forward to combine the pulse counting function and pulse output function of the date sampling card PCL-718 with pulse position controlling function of the digital variable frequency controller MSD0421A to form the high accurate position servo system, which is applied by driving of binding and printing. Also, the hardware and software for the control ways is developed.
