【Abstract】 This paper introduces the idea of multilevel inverter. The different multilevel inverter structures are compared. Various multicarrier PWM modulation strategies are analyzed and researched. By the analysis to the unfiltered inverter output voltage, the harmonic characteristics of various multicarriel PWM modulation methods in the linear modulation regions are compared. At the same, a hybrid modulation strategy is presented. Under the different levels, the characteristics of various modulation strategies are analyzed. The effect of inverter levels increases and overmodulation to output voltage spectrum is discussed.更多还原
