【摘要】 针对75 t h循环流化床锅炉进行的大量变工况试验,通过分析给出了不同负荷下炉内的压力分布曲线和温度分布曲线.主要研究了稀相区固体物料浓度随负荷的变化规律,并将其拟合成经验关联式,为循环床锅炉燃烧系统的自动控制提供了依据。图6表1参9

【Abstract】 A 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler was tested under various modes of operation and, as the result of an analytical study, the pressure and temperature profiles of the furnace under various load conditions are being presented. Laws that govern the dilute phase’s solid suspension density varying with load has moreover been studied and a relevant empirical corelation deduced, which may serve as a reference for automatic control of combustion systems of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
