【Abstract】 In recent years,not only in the theoretical research of urban planning but also in the urban planning practice,the citizen’s participation has become a focus and has made quite considerable progress.However there is few investigations on how to appraise and examine the effect of citizen’s participation and how to make it quantitatively.This paper attempts to draw lessons from multi-disciplinary relevant methods and discusses the basic principle,major indicators and key links of constructing evaluation system of the public participation in urban planning.Based on the appraisements with different form and different level,the technological means and procedures with generalized characteristic are explord,which can make the appraisement method of the public participation in urban planning more scientific and normalized.更多还原
