腐蚀环境中荷载作用对钢筋混凝土梁腐蚀的影响

【摘要】 对空气、淡水和盐水环境中的钢筋混凝土梁进行了静动力试验,测定了空气、淡水环境和盐水环境中静力荷载、高周疲劳荷载所引起的钢筋混凝土梁腐蚀电位的变化,进而推断静力荷载、高周疲劳荷载对钢筋腐蚀的影响.结果表明:腐蚀环境和荷载作用对构件钢筋的腐蚀都有明显的影响,且腐蚀环境和荷载作用对钢筋腐蚀有耦合作用;盐水环境中钢筋的腐蚀速度快于淡水中的腐蚀速度,疲劳荷载作用下钢筋的腐蚀速度快于同幅度静力荷载作用下的腐蚀速度.对于实际工程中的结构,限制和减轻腐蚀环境与荷载作用的耦合,是提高结构耐久性的一个重要方面.

【Abstract】 Experimental studies were made on reinforced concrete beams in atmosphere, pure water and salt water and the variation of corrosion potential due to the action of static and cyclic loadings was determined which can be used to identify the corrosion progress of reinforcement. It is shown that environment and loading action influence the corrosion of reinforcement significantly and interactively. Corrosion rate of reinforcement in salt water is higher than that in pure water. And corrosion on reinforcement subjected to fatigue load is faster than that subjected to static load with same amplitude. Consequently, to enhance the durability of structures it is important to restrain and alleviating the interaction of environment and loading condition.
