【摘要】 建国初期赴苏留学生的派遣工作是当时对苏教育交流的重要内容。在党和国家领导人的关心下,5 0、6 0年代我国先后向苏联派出了1 2 0 1 8名留学生。这些留学生分布在苏联的2 2 0多所大学和科研机构的4 0多个专业学习。在强调严格政治、业务标准和管理的同时,留苏学生的派遣还体现了根据需要确定专业、派遣渠道多样化的特点。但由于历史条件的局限,赴苏留学生的派遣也存在着派出国单一、过分强调政治标准的弊端。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1950s and 1960s,12018 Chinese students have been sent to Soviet.These students were distributed in 40 specialities of more than 220 colleges and scientific research institutions.Emphasis was placed on the strict standard of politics、professional work and management.The dispatching job also embodied characteristics of making certain specialities based on requirements and diversification of dispatching channels.But owing to the historical condition,the job still had abuses such as singleness of country which Chinese students abroad to and over emphasis political standard on Chinese students.更多还原
