配电系统电子电力变压器的IGBT缓冲电路设计
Design of IGBT Snubbers for Electronic Power Transformer in Distribution System
【摘要】 针对配电系统电子电力变压器的特点,提出功率开关器件IGBT缓冲电路的设计方法,包括缓冲电路类型的选择及参数的计算方法。在此基础上,针对几种电路结构和参数进行仿真,比较了它们各自的特性,总结出最佳吸收方案。仿真表明,所设计的缓冲电路能够有效钳制IGBT关断时的电压变化率和过电压。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the design method of high power IGBT snubbers for electronic power transformer in distribution system,which includes choosing the type of snubbers and parameters calculating.Simulation is carried out for each kind of topology and parameter,the characteristics of different circuits are analyzed and compared,and then optimal scheme is summarized.Simulation results show that the snubbers can effectively restrict the du/dt and the over-voltage across the IGBT when turned off.
